These terms and conditions govern the use of the website thegospelnationssingers.com.

By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Website type: Non-profit e-commerce site.

Article 1 – Presentation of the Association
The Gospel Nations Singers is a non-profit organization (under the French law of 1901) whose purpose is:

Teaching gospel singing

Group choral singing

Promoting these activities through physical and digital media

Article 2 – Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to:

Individual and group singing lessons

Participation in the choir

Workshops and training sessions

Sales of E-gift cards

Sales of products via the online store

Links and recommendations within an affiliate program

All registrations and orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Registration for classes and choir
Registration becomes effective after:

Submission of the completed registration form

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Full or partial payment according to the terms

The association reserves the right to refuse registration for educational, organizational, or disciplinary reasons.

Members with up-to-date dues participate in the choir and singing classes free of charge.

Article 4 – Fees
All fees are listed in euros (€) and are those in effect at the time of registration.

Fees may be offered annually, quarterly, per session, or as packages.

Any period started is due in full, except in exceptional circumstances decided by the association's board.

Article 5 – Payment Methods
Payments can be made by:

Credit card (online)

Bank transfer

Check

Cash

Payment in installments may be granted upon request.
In case of non-payment, the association may suspend access to classes, choir, or online services.

Article 6 – Absences, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
6.1 Member Absence
Absences from classes or workshops do not entitle participants to a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances.

6.2 Cancellation by the Association
In case of cancellation of a class or workshop (force majeure, unavailability, etc.), a rescheduling or alternative will be offered.

Article 7 – Association Membership
Participation in classes and the choir requires mandatory annual membership, separate from tuition fees and non-refundable.

Article 8 – Online Store
The digital and physical products offered are described before order confirmation.

The association reserves the right to modify or remove any product.

Delivery: Physical products are shipped within 14 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are specified before ordering.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal and Refund
9.1 Physical Products
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the user has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

9.2 Digital Products and e-Gift Cards
Digital content delivered immediately with the consumer's consent is non-refundable.

E-Gift cards are valid for the indicated period and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Article 10 – Affiliate Program
The website may contain affiliate links (e.g., Amazon). The association may receive a commission on certain purchases, without affecting the price for the user.
Amazon remains responsible for orders, deliveries, and warranties.

Article 11 – Discipline and Conduct
All members agree to respect teachers, other members, and equipment.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in temporary or permanent exclusion, without refund.

Article 12 – Liability
Each participant declares that they are fit to practice singing. The association cannot be held liable for:

Personal injury or accidents related to practice (except in cases of gross negligence by the association)

Property damage or individual losses

Article 13 – Image Rights
Unless they object in writing, members authorize the association to use their image (photos, videos, recordings) for communication and promotional purposes.

Article 14 – Personal Data and GDPR
Data is collected solely for administrative, educational, and commercial management.
