How to take care of your well-being when you are destitute?

ree

It is true that taking care of your body every day, your diet, and your health is not an easy task, especially when you lack the resources necessary to live comfortably.

But it is really possible and easy. That's why I'm writing this blog.

We will develop 5 major titles, namely:

1- Take care of your emotional well-being.

It's important to surround yourself with good people. That means staying in touch with friends and family for emotional support.

2- Eat a balanced diet, eat healthily.

Meal planning: Prepare simple, nutritious meals using seasonal, inexpensive produce. Stock up at home at least once a month.

Make easy and inexpensive recipes that promote healthy eating.

Avoid throwing away leftover food, store for the next day and heat before eating to reduce food waste.

3- Do sport regularly

Exercising at home doesn't necessarily mean going to the gym. Install exercise apps to stay in shape, walk, or do other physical activities. Join free or low-cost fitness groups.

4- Manage stress

You need to pray a lot and spend time with God; this will help you manage your stress better and bring you well-being.

- Engage in activities that you enjoy.

- Practice breathing and stretching exercises to manage your stress.

5- Get enough sleep

-Create a regular sleep routine if you want to stay up occasionally.

6- Buy products on sale:

Indeed, in order to save your budget, it is better to buy hygiene products on sale.

In conclusion, taking care of one's well-being must be part of our lifestyle because we don't necessarily need to wait until we are financially comfortable before taking care of ourselves; on the contrary, we can do it with the means at our disposal. Take care of yourself, it's important.
